A classic from Extremities is there Tuff Bags. Made from Gore-Tex Paclite they are lightweight waterproof over mitts. They have a PU palm and thumb for extra durability and grip. Over the wrist there is an adjustable strap and on the cuff a one-handed adjustable draw cord.

The Tuff bags are good if you already have gloves or mitts that aren't waterproof and you are wanting to put a waterproof shell over them for full protection.
