Good…….but could have been great Verified Purchase

This jacket looks great and does a good job of keeping the wind and light rain out. It’s super light weight and I can stow in the cargo pocket of my shorts.

However there are a few cons and I feel a little more thought in the design phase could have eliminated them and made it a great jacket. The cons, I my view are:

- the sleeves are a little too long. Not an issue if you want your hands covered but when you don’t want them covered the fore arm zips make it difficult to turn them up. Why not put a Velcro fastening on the cuffs like on the Velez waterproof??

- I don’t like the forearm zip vents. When they are unzipped, even with the press stud fastened the sleeve just gapes. With the press stud unfastened the sleeve just flaps. Pit zips would be better and more effective.

- the hem isn’t adjustable. It would be better if it was.

- a hood would make the jacket a lot more practical.

In summary, I like it but I don’t love it.
