Paramo Ladies’ Grid Long Janes are a stretchy, soft next-to-skin ladies long john baselayer with excellent insulating qualities.
Grid Long Janes are ideal for cold weather use beneath Directional waterproof or windproof legwear to ensure total Directionality from the inside.
Simple, effective design provides great freedom of movement and performance for a wide range of activities, while maximum wicking ensures dry comfort. Paramo Long Janes are also useful as sleepwear for backpacking or expeditions.

When covered with a wind-proof, the fleecy grid of the Nikwax Parameta® G fabric provides traps air to provide excellent insulation. When uncovered, the gaps between the grid allow moving air to go straight to the skin, promoting cooling. The structure of this next-to-the-skin fabric optimises lateral water movement for evaporative cooling, keeping you comfortable when you are working hard.
These features provide a two-in-one fabric which can keep you both warm and cool as required, and therefore is useful in the widest range of temperature conditions and activities, from high mountain climbing to gentle spring and summer walking, and all year round cycling.
